About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Development Project Coordinator to join our team at the City of Bend, OR. As a key member of our engineering division, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating activities related to the engineering component of private development projects.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Participating in the planning, engineering, and building permitting processes
- Administering and providing interpretations of the City's Standards and Specifications as it relates to private development
- Making final decisions on engineering plans associated with private development proposals

What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 9+ years of experience in a similar position
- 4-6 years of managerial experience
- Certification as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon required or ability to acquire within six months of appointment
