**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

**Responsibilities:**

* Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment
* Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
* Ensure the work area and equipment are clean and well-maintained at all times
* Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed
* Inspect and verify that all equipment is working properly and report any issues to management

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
