About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at Fabletics. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, working closely with our Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our brand culture and values, providing expert knowledge to customers on our products and services.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues to the Store Manager.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required, handling weights of up to 30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in active lifestyle or fashion.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running.
  • Excellent social interaction skills, with the ability to work with large teams and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
