Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including complex cases, utilizing advanced MRI technology.
• Exhibit proficiency in MRI examinations, procedures, and the operation of injection equipment.
• Assist Radiologists in performing invasive procedures and biopsies using MRI technology to accurately locate anatomical structures.
• After completing imaging procedures, ensure that the computer systems are programmed to confirm the completion of exams and that all imaging data is accurately stored for future reference.
• Organize and prioritize daily procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and service continuity.
• Ensure accurate coding and entry of all charges into the billing system.
• Demonstrate and maintain competency across all age groups to ensure appropriate completion of imaging studies.
• Adapt patient assessment and care methods to meet the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and developmental needs of each individual.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards set forth by regulatory agencies and the organization.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and refrain from disclosing any sensitive information unless necessary for job performance.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service skills are necessary.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Sciences or an equivalent program.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
- Highly preferred: 3 years of experience in a clinical imaging setting.
- Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) from ARRT or ARMRIT is preferred.
- Current state licensure is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
