Custodian/Groundskeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Groundskeeper to join our team at Management and Training Corporation. As a Custodian/Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, including restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and other areas on the center
• Collect and dispose of all trash, litter, and other debris found around the buildings and grounds
• Keep clean the exterior steps, entrances, landings, interior walls, ceilings, light fixtures, and sidewalks
• Work with cleaning compounds, waxes, disinfectants, and other cleaning agents
• Maintain center appearance and grounds by cleaning, weeding, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, reseeding, or planting and all trees and shrubs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience as a custodian preferred
• Must understand basic cleaning compounds, waxes, polishes, disinfectants, etc., and their proper applications
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
