Adams Outdoor is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Construction Employee. This role involves installing posters and bulletins, as well as performing maintenance tasks to ensure the physical structure and surrounding property are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install posters and bulletins at heights up to 125 feet, using fixed, portable, and extension ladders, and perform maintenance tasks as required.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift weights up to 100 lbs. without restrictions, climb ladders, and work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of the workday.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, and paint sprayers.
- Safety Protocols: Utilize all safety-related equipment as mandated by Adams Outdoor's operating procedures and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal clients at all levels of personnel.
- Travel and Adaptability: Must be able to travel as required and adapt to changing work environments.
- Education: High School or equivalent degree.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize and execute tasks and assignments.
