Job Title: Server - Red Rooster Overtown

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Red Rooster Overtown. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
