As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our veterinary team and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Certified Veterinary Technicians as a key member of our team
  • Provide basic animal handling and restrain animals during exams
  • Assist veterinarians in outpatient exams by taking histories, vital signs, and weights, as well as providing client education
  • Organize lab specimens, medications, patient instructions, workflow, and other job-related items while managing multiple patients and clients
  • Utilize in-house diagnostic lab machines and digital radiology
  • Be cross-trained for front office receptionist duties
