Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic services to couples, families, and groups.
- Conduct mental health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week to fulfill full-time requirements.
- Provide outstanding client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address mental health needs in the community.
- Utilize creative interventions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Advocate for clients by coordinating with various stakeholders, including case managers and medical personnel.
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A valid Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with the capability to practice independently.
- Experience in conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and the ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficiency in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working with couples and families in an outpatient setting.
- Familiarity with community resources and treatment modalities specific to couples and families.
- Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
