**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled martial arts instructor to join our team at Impact Kids. As a martial arts instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.

**About Us:** Impact Kids is a dynamic and growing martial arts training center located in the Chicagoland area. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun learning environment for children and adults of all ages and skill levels.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging martial arts lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in martial arts education.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching martial arts to children.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Current teaching certification and first aid/CPR certification.

**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
