Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of security clearance paperwork and personnel security files
  • Generate written adjudicative recommendations to our customer
  • Stay up-to-date with federal adjudicative guidelines and regulations
  • Balance a caseload and provide case briefings as needed
  • Conduct effective elicitive interviews, as required
  • Learn and use new proprietary computer systems
  • Spent the majority of the workday reviewing and generating reports
Requirements
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with good judgment
  • Demonstrated high level of personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to navigate and operate automated systems for case tracking and status reporting
  • Knowledge of federal rules and regulations governing personnel security
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer operating systems
  • Strong time management and ability to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Ability to provide on-the-job training to teammates
  • Broad experience working with personnel security policies and practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or equivalent 5 additional years' experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience performing security or suitability adjudications
  • Active Top Secret with Polygraph US Government Clearance at time of application
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Prior experience working in personnel security
  • Prior experience supporting this customer
