Experienced CNA

CareStaff Partners is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to fill a full-time opening at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long Term Care (LTC) in Dallastown, PA.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and residents' families.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Current certification or licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ACLS and BCLS certification.
