The Pathways Program provides dynamic group opportunities for adults to encourage self-growth, positive mental health and community involvement.
We emphasize a person's strengths and encourage engagement with other peers in order to provide support.
The Pathways Peer Support Program offers peer driven groups and activities that focus on addressing all areas of a person's life, including interpersonal relationships, life skills, spirituality, self-fulfillment and helping others.
Candidates will collaborate with Catholic Charities staff and participants in Pathways to develop and facilitate groups on a variety of topics, including interpersonal relationships, yoga, writing, exercise, sewing, arts & crafts, relaxation, spirituality, coping skills, hygiene, cooking, etc.
Responsibilities include participating in group activities, documenting participants' involvement, and assisting with compiling data and information for program reports.
Candidates will also assist other Catholic Charities staff with programming during Pathways hours and during planning sessions, provide encouragement and outreach to program participants, and learn more about Catholic Charities and our programs by visiting our website.
