Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PMs, to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, making repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Set up and test machinery and equipment, ensuring proper function and safety
  • Repair and maintain physical structures and equipment
  • Adhere to ISO 14001 procedures and other company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and other equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and execute work orders, write reports, and translate equipment manuals
Work Environment

The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and exposure to chemicals and noise. Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
