We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrician to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a small crew of electricians and apprentices, effectively communicating with project managers, clients, and contractors.

• Supervise and guide electrician and apprentice teams to ensure efficient and effective completion of daily tasks.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to determine material requirements, organize timely deliveries, and maintain budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, crew members, clients, and general contractors.
• Proactively resolve issues encountered during projects with minimal support from project managers.
• Drive projects through various stages to meet budgeted labor hours.
• Actively participate in field work alongside the crew as required.
• Assist with planning, documentation, and supervision tasks as assigned by project managers or operations managers.
