We are seeking a skilled Nurse Recruiter to join our team at the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Nurse Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and retaining top nursing talent for our organization.

As a Nurse Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly qualified nurses. This will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including nursing administrators, leaders, and Human Resources professionals.

You will work closely with these teams to assess the needs of our facilities and develop targeted recruitment plans to meet those needs. Your expertise in nursing practice, clinical knowledge, and data analysis will enable you to create effective recruitment strategies that result in high-quality candidate pools.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will also provide support to new hires through onboarding processes and help existing staff members with professional development opportunities.
