Fantastic Sams Cut & Color is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, lead by example, and mentor junior stylists while continuing to deliver exceptional hair services to our clients.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest hair trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with other stylists and support staff to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient salon operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a hairstylist in the state of operation.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality hair services and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and junior stylists.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and software.
