Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering security policies and procedures for sensitive compartmented information (SCI) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures for SCI programs
  • Administer security clearances and access controls
  • Conduct security education and training programs for SCI personnel
  • Investigate security violations and prepare reports
  • Oversee physical security, classification management, personnel security, and security management
Requirements
  • Final transferable Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance and access
  • Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)
  • Knowledge of DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications, and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4
  • Substantial CSSO and/or CPSO experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized
Desired Skills
  • Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals
  • Certificates and/or experience in regards to ICD 705 Physical Security and recent buildouts
  • Successful completion of the CDSE SAP Mid-Level Security Management Course
  • Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals SAP/SCI Nomination Process
