Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Attend estimates and present our products and services to customers.
  • Closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and crew members.
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and building trust.
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals.
  • Continuously learning and improving sales techniques.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation:
- $65,000 base salary plus commission.
- Bonuses.
