Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a diverse range of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Utilize your clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures.
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting.
- State licensed in MD, obtained by start date.
