Job Summary

The Cashier will be responsible for conducting monetary transactions with customers in the F&B department, utilizing cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take orders at the counter and on the phone
  • Accept payments in the form of cash, checks, credit, or debit cards, and validate checks
  • Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies, and provide information
  • Support wait staff as needed, and ensure accurate transactions by balancing cash registers and sales
  • Identify prices of products and services, and tabulate bills using available equipment
  • Resolve customer complaints, and provide information
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Prior cashier experience
  • Occasional travel may be required
Work Environment

This position operates in a restaurant setting, and may require working nights, weekends, and holidays. The ability to lift 15 pounds and perform repetitive movements over long periods is necessary.
