Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat & Sausage Department Manager to join our team at Aurora Ventures. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Meat & Sausage department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage the Meat & Sausage department to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Manage and train a team of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
