Key Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to residents, including monitoring their physical and mental wellbeing and tracking vital signs.
- Perform intakes of residents, documenting their health concerns and medical histories.
- Review medical records and charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Administer and verify medications, as well as maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, including assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies.
- Be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents, and assist medical staff with orientation and training.
- Current Missouri state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High school diploma (or GED/equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $35-$50.
