Position Overview:
Strategic Direct Solutions, LLC is seeking skilled Telecommunications Equipment Installation Specialists with expertise in Battery Plant Setup, particularly in environments such as Cell Sites, Central Offices, or Cable Head-End facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Traveling as required to fulfill project demands.
  • Adhering to established methods of procedure (MOP).
  • Executing hot cuts, slides, and transfers as needed.
  • Pulling Signal and Power Cables as necessary.
  • Crimping, lugging, terminating, stitching, and lacing cables up to 750 MCM or alarm signal cabling.
  • Installing various types of infrastructure in Cell Site and/or DC Power environments.
  • Racking, stacking, and securing equipment bays and cabinets.
  • Installing BDFBs, Rectifiers, and Power Plant systems.

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates of all skill levels, provided they demonstrate strong work ethics and the ability to perform the following:

  • Lift, push, and pull weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Exhibit reliability and a commitment to quality work.

Compensation:
The pay rate will be determined based on your skill set and work history.
