Dishware Sanitizer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and sanitation requirements will ensure a clean and healthy environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels.
• Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Bag and haul dish room trash.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
