About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing top-tier customer service and performing preventative maintenance services on their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventative maintenance services on vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
