Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding Company Assets: Protect company assets at all times, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for our guests and team members.
- Slot Machine Circulation: Circulate around the slot machine area assigned, ensuring prompt response to customer needs and providing assistance as required.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers, ensuring good customer service and prompt response to customer needs at all times.
- Payout Vouchers: Prepare or approve all slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving customer disputes, maintaining a fair and respectful approach to resolving issues.
- Confidentiality: Observe strict confidence in regards to company-related matters, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Slot Machine Maintenance: Make minor repairs and adjustments to slot machines as needed, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the interior and exterior of slot machines, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Customer Complaints: Answer customer complaints and questions regarding slot machines within your authority and ability to do so, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Level 2-4 Responsibilities: For level 2, demonstrate exceptional attitude and service, processing jackpots on JDUs without assistance and performing minor repairs. For level 3, meet all level 2 criteria, with basic knowledge of MICS and thorough knowledge of the Play Maverick loyalty program. For level 4, meet all level 3 criteria, with expert knowledge of jackpot processing, loyalty club, and exceptional customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities: Create a friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers, performing related and/or other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Age and Education: Be 21 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED.
- Gaming Card: Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Gaming Card.
- Physical Demands: Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours), perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
- Math Skills: Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Punctuality and Attendance: Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
- Honesty and Integrity: Possess honesty and integrity.
