Quality Assurance Auditor I

Position Overview
The Entry-Level Auditor will ensure the accuracy of products designated for customer delivery as part of the process to assess outbound loading precision. Key responsibilities include supporting the investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
Compensation: Earn $19 per hour
Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM; Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
- Unload pallets using an electronic pallet jack or identify sample pallets that have not yet been loaded.
- Conduct quality assessments related to pallet construction, ensuring products are well-wrapped, properly stacked, and trailers are in good condition.
- Verify that products are of acceptable saleable quality through visual inspections and escalate any issues to the ICQA lead.
- Ensure that physical products match orders by utilizing a handheld scanner, which automatically checks items against order quantities.
- Count products unloaded on the floor to confirm scanner counts, making adjustments as necessary.
- Investigate discrepancies by reviewing pick slots and provide information to the ICQA lead for further action.
- Correct errors as determined necessary by the ICQA lead and reload products onto pallets or return them to the warehouse team as appropriate.
Travel Requirements: No travel required
Work Environment:
- May include perishable (refrigerated) areas
- May include frozen storage areas
Skills:
- Physical capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects weighing between 20 lbs to 60 lbs.
Experience:
- 0-2 years: Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is preferred.
