Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct precise specimen analysis
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures
  • Collect specimens
  • Process collected specimens
  • Prepare specimen tubes for send-out testing
  • Conduct Point of Care (POC) Testing (iSTAT and INR)
  • Ensure specimen integrity during collection
  • Operate Hematology Analyzer (Sysmex)
  • Document and verify results in necessary software (iKnowMed and Orchard)
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with COLA & CLIA regulations
Qualifications:
  • ASCP Certification is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy and laboratory diagnostic experience
  • Preferred experience in hematology and oncology
