Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Treatment Specialist to join our team at RELIVE Health Old Town Dallas. As a Medical Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for administering IV Vitamin therapy and hormone replacement therapy to patients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV Vitamin therapy and hormone replacement therapy to patients.
  • Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, maintain peripheral IV lines.
  • Monitor patient status throughout the entire infusion and manage emergency reactions.
  • Collect blood samples as required by the lab.
  • Follow established guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment using principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques.
  • Coordinate with Admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy.
  • Accurately use online booking systems.
  • Provide documentation to the Admin team for submission to electronic health records (EHR).
  • Manage inventory to maintain 100% stock levels of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
Requirements:
  • Critical thinking, compassion, non-judgmental attitude, attention to detail, and organized approach.
  • Patient listening skills, effective communication, and ability to establish strong working relationships with staff and referral sources.
  • Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
