Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead audit, review, and compilation projects, managing multiple teams effectively. Provide constructive performance evaluations to team members upon project completion.

Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on risk evaluation, audit methodologies, and reporting processes.

Oversee the daily management of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk evaluation, fieldwork, financial reporting, and project closure.

Investigate and convey guidance on intricate accounting issues and transactions.

Assist clients in adhering to GAAP standards and implementing FASB Accounting Standard Updates. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and proactively.

Act as a facilitator in the firm’s training programs and departmental meetings.

Engage in and provide leadership for community involvement, networking, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

CPA License is mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in public accounting.

Willingness to travel to client locations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
