• Providing clear direction and guidance to the team, and assisting with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
• Leading daily team huddles and store meetings to set the direction for achieving business goals.

To be successful as a Crew Chief, you'll need:

• One to three years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• The ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives, and recommend strategies to increase sales and service results.
