Job Summary
University Hospital in Newark, NJ is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse, Medical Oncology Outpatient. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic team providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in nursing and eligible for certification by a national certifying body.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments for patients diagnosed with hematologic or oncologic diseases. The successful candidate will be self-directed, purposeful in seeking necessary knowledge and skills, and demonstrate standards of professional practice that includes ethical decision making, job activities related to quality assessment/improvement, self-evaluation, leadership, and research.

A current Registered/Professional Nurse license and registration in the State of New Jersey are required. A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience and current BLS certification are also essential. Knowledge and experience in hematology/oncology are preferred.

About the Position
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience.
