We are seeking a dedicated Neurodevelopmental Therapist to join our team at Cortica - Neurodevelopmental. As a Neurodevelopmental Therapist, you will provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to clients and families.

The salary range for this position is $20.57-$27.60 per hour, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Duties:

  • Implement direct implementation of behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, therapists, counselors, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners
  • Assist with individualized assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a child development or behavioral intervention capacity
  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification, or willingness to obtain BCAT credential via Cortica's paid training program
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
