Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the property's communal spaces and resident units are immaculate, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents by cleaning and checking them according to our established guidelines.
Preferred Qualities: Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous. Dependability, keen attention to detail, and flexibility to work non-standard hours are necessary. The estimated hourly wage for this role is $19.00.
