About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT at Total Care ABA, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will be responsible for providing hands-on support and implementing behavior intervention plans to help clients acquire new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or community.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.
