Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee time and attendance hours with precision.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, resolve pay discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear information on benefits and eligibility criteria to employees.
  • Complete I-9 documentation and maintain files.
  • Reconcile medical, dental, vision, and life benefit invoices.
  • Handle unemployment verifications and discrepancies.
  • Review commission and bonus submissions for compliance and process payments accordingly.
  • Calculate sales commissions and notify sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency to communicate effectively with our diverse workforce.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Regular and dependable attendance is essential.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent 10-key typing skills and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
