Key Responsibilities

The Bar Back will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and managing all liquor, beer, and wine supplies from the storeroom daily.
  • Restocking the bar with necessary beverages and garnishes throughout the shift.
  • Setting up the bar area, ensuring that premium liquors are displayed appropriately.
  • Checking and maintaining the functionality of beer taps.
  • Providing bar snacks and ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Assisting with opening and closing tasks as assigned.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, including washing tables and floors.
  • Removing waste from all receptacles.
  • Preparing and serving beverages to support bartenders.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
