About the Role:
  • Deliver dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Monitor patient health, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in patient education and counseling to promote self-care and disease management
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in acute dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
