Job Summary:Under the direction of the Clinical Manager/Supervising Physician, the Advanced Practitioner will assist in the delivery of quality medical care to patients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with the supervising physician.
- Perform routine diagnostic studies and therapeutic procedures, as needed.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on physical and mental health, including disease prevention and management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
A Master's degree in a healthcare-related field and advanced certifications are required. One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Work Environment:The Advanced Practitioner will work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
