Physical Therapist

Pulaski Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our experienced team of rehabilitation professionals.
As a Physical Therapist at our center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and help them recover from injuries or illnesses.
Our state-of-the-art rehab gym provides a supportive and collaborative environment for our therapists to work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is licensed in Virginia or is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating patients and developing effective treatment plans
- Obtaining approval for service from the referring physician
- Treating patients according to the physician's treatment plan
- Participating in discharge planning
- Recording evaluation, treatment, and charges
- Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Screening patients for potential benefit from PT intervention
