We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Joint and Spine team at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with joint and spine conditions, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate unit activities and ensure accountability for all assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest joint and spine care practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
