Key Responsibilities:

As a Floor Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional maintenance cleaning services across prestigious commercial properties. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Expertly cleaning and restoring a variety of surfaces including carpet, upholstery, stone, metal, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete.
  • Collaborating with Shift and Crew Leaders while utilizing advanced equipment and techniques.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Willingness to travel for client assignments and training sessions.

  • Proven experience in cleaning and restoring floor coverings is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to the workplace.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (6-8+ hours).
  • Capability to bend (3-6 hours).
  • Ability to squat (up to 3 hours).
  • Physical strength to lift heavy objects.
