About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient aquatics center as a Center Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the center, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the center, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Staff Supervision: Mentor and develop a team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including budget management, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive exceptional care and service, meeting or exceeding company standards.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop new programs, and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Clinical Licensure: Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Management Experience: Two years of supervisory or management experience in a rehabilitation outpatient clinic setting.
  • Certifications: Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
