Capital Project Analyst

The Capital Project Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Capex Regional Manager and Project Managers with various project management needs. This includes project cost tracking, AFE setup and management, procurement, contractor setup and management, and other general project areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Cost & Schedule Management: Monitor and report on project costs, schedules, and financial performance.
- Project Meetings: Participate in project meetings and work with project engineers regarding financial issues, project cost estimates, and related issues.
- AFE Setup & Management: Work with Project Engineers & Global Fixed Assets to set up proper budget coding for AFEs and Child AFEs.
- Capital Project Procurement: Assist with procurement of goods and services, including generating Purchase Requests, entering receipts, and coordinating deliveries.
- Project Contractor Management: Assist with tracking and consolidation reporting of construction labor productivity for CapEx projects.
- Fluent in English (or native language fluency in project locations required).
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business field of study &/or 3+ years experience of project accounting and/or financial analysis in a construction industry environment.
- Experience with purchase order, accounts payable, project cost tracking, and fixed asset systems.
- Strong computer experience and skills, including Microsoft 365 applications, Maximo, Coupa, SAP, Spheracloud, and Sharepoint.
This position will encompass predominantly office work in an office environment; some travel may be required.
