Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the development and implementation of our ABA therapy programs as the Lead BCBA and future Clinical Director at Spark ABA LLC.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about building impactful programs and leading a dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinic's operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Lead the creation and implementation of evidence-based ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of children with autism and their families.
  • Clinical Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinical operations as the primary BCBA in charge, ensuring seamless delivery of services and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBAs, to develop personalized treatment plans that drive measurable progress and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the growth of our organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders to create a supportive care network that fosters trust and mutual understanding.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure adherence to BACB guidelines and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of our work.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services, with a proven track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
  • Skills: Strong program development, team supervision, and treatment planning skills; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
