EMT I-PRN

We are seeking an Emergency Medical Technician I (EMT I) to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As an EMT I, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including ambulances and emergency departments.

• Provide emergency medical care to patients, including assessing patients, administering medications, and performing procedures.
• Operate an emergency medical vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay current with industry developments.

• Current EMT I certification in the state of New Mexico.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in emergency medical services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
