Salary & BenefitsThe salary for this position is up to $137,200, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you'll enjoy benefits such as guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be fully and independently licensed as a LICSW in Massachusetts, with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Participating in a true partnership with our team
- Offering behavioral health services to clients, including couples and children
- Potentially growing into leadership roles or supervisors
