Position: Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is integral to enhancing sales, profitability, and team effectiveness. This role encompasses supervising daily operations, leading a team of staff, and ensuring a delightful customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meet and surpass sales and profit objectives
  • Attract, retain, and nurture a diverse workforce
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain quality control and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications:
