About the Job

We are looking for a talented Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Aquinas Consulting. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the efforts to develop, maintain, and deploy quality plans and activities, driving process and product improvement initiatives, and analyzing program requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and direct teams towards achieving quality goals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $125,000 - $155,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
